One source of truth

A showcase shouldn’t disappear into a spreadsheet.

A social post can announce the game. It cannot organise the field. Showcase Events turns scattered messages, forms and contact lists into one clear application desk.

From idea to application desk

Three clear phases. One event.

PHASE 01

Publish the matchday brief

Set the date, venue, application deadline, age groups and the exact positions you want to see — or select them all.

PHASE 02

Players apply as themselves

Players choose their event group and position, then explicitly agree to share their profile and contact details.

PHASE 03

Review one organised field

Search every application in the event workspace and contact the players whose profile fits what you need.

For organisers

Build the field, not the admin queue.

Club and Talent ID teams get a practical workspace shaped around a single showcase game.

  • One event page for every practical detail
  • Applications grouped by age and position
  • Consented contact details attached to each profile
  • No accept-or-decline admin queue

For players

Know what you are applying for.

Players get a clear event brief and remain in control of the profile and contact details they share.

  • A clear brief before putting your profile forward
  • Apply for the age group and position that fits
  • See exactly which contact details will be shared
  • Keep Showcase applications separate from enquiries
Designed for intent

Application, not enquiry.

A showcase is an open invitation to put a profile forward. Players do not wait for an enquiry to be accepted or declined. They apply, consent to contact sharing and let the organiser assess the fit.

Profile firstThe organiser reviews the player in context, not as a name in a form response.
Explicit consentPlayers see the contact details that will be shared before submitting.
Quiet operationsNo email for every application. The complete field waits inside the event workspace.

Frequently asked

The matchday notes.

Who can create a Showcase Event?

Verified Club and Talent ID identities can publish Showcase Events. Verification confirms the organisation and its first administrator before player applications can be collected.

How is an application different from an enquiry?

An application puts the player's profile forward for a specific event and shares their consented contact details immediately. There is no accept-or-decline stage: the organiser reviews the field and contacts suitable players directly.

Will organisers receive an email for every application?

No. Applications are managed from the event workspace in Player Status, keeping the organiser's inbox clear and the full field together in one place.

What can organisers specify?

Each event includes its date and time, venue, application deadline, relevant age groups and invited positions. Organisers can select individual positions or invite every position.
